External length is 42cm, thickness is 1cm
So, internal length is 42-(1+1)= 40cm
External breadth is 32cm
So, internal is 32-(1+1)= 30cm
External height is 27cm
So, internal height is 27-(1+1)=25cm

the internal volume of box= new length*new breadth*new height
volume= 40*30*25
volume= 30000cm

hope it helps :-)
