The external radius of a hollow right circular cylindrical pipe is 9cm and its height is 14cm. The volume of the metal used to make the pipe is 748cm3. Find the thickness of the pipe

dimensions of a pipe are:-
Height =h=14cm
Radius = r.cm
Given, 
Volume =748 cm³
π*r²*h=748
22/7*r²*h=748
r² =(748*7)/(22*14)
r²=17
r = root 17
r = 4(approx.)
external radius R= 9cm (given)
Thickness of the pipe =9 - 4 
                                    =5cm
