(b). 'You' i.e. the poet's friend will be remembered by all those people who would read about him through the poem written by the poet.
c). shakesphere claims that at the last judgement his friend will rise again and find his friend has been remembered until that point because of his poetical immortalisation.
d). this stands for the poem
