Heya !!!

1/3 X² - 2X - 9 = 0

=> X²/3 - 2X -9 = 0

=> X²-6X-27X/3 = 0

=> X²-6X-27 = 0 × 3

=> X²-6X-27 = 0

=> X²-9X +3X -27 = 0

=> X(X-9) +3(X-9) = 0

=> (X-9) (X+3) = 0

Hence,

(X-9) and (X+3) are two factor of Polynomial X²/3 - 2X -9.

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU....... :-)

x²/3 - 2x - 9

=> (x² - 6x - 27)/3

=> [ x² - (9 - 3)x - 27] /3

=> [ x² - 9x + 3x - 27] /3

=> [ x(x - 9) + 3(x - 9)] /3

=> [ (x - 9)(x + 3)] /3

(x - 9)/3 and (x + 3)/3 are the factors

I hope this will help you
