Then,

125(2x +3y)³ - (2x-3y)³

⇒(5(2x+3y))³ - (2x-3y)³

⇒(10x+15y - 2x + 3y) ( (10x+15y)² + (10x+15y)(2x-3y) + (2x-3y)²)

⇒(8x + 18y) (100x²+225y²+300xy+20x²-45y²+4x²+9y²-12xy)

⇒(8x + 18y) (124x² + 189y²+288xy)

Therefore this is the factor.
