here is ur answer
x(x+y)+8(x+y)
so factors are
(x+y)(x+8)
in first step I take out common that is x from x2 and xy and take common 8 from 8x and 8y..

 {x}^{2}  + xy + 8x + 8y \\  =  {x}^{2}  + 8x + xy + 8y \\  = x(x + 8) + y(x + 8) \\  = (x + 8)(x + y)
