Required Solution -

 =  > ( {4x}^{2}  - 6x + 9)(2x + 3)

Using the identity :

 {a}^{3}  +  {b}^{3}  = ( {a}^{2}  - ab +  {b}^{2} )(a + b)

Now,

 {(2x)}^{3} +  {3}^{3}

 {(2x)}^{2}  - (2x \times 3) +  {3}^{2}  \:  \: (2x + 3)
