answer;
The family systems theory conceptualizes the family as a system. That is, the family consists of interrelated parts, each impacting the other and contributing to the growth (or detriment) of the other. Further, the family is always changing, self-organizing, and adapting to its members and the outside environment.
The family system works like a chain. The elders help the child to grow up into
a good human being. In turn the children provide support to elders in times of
need. They also follow the family values and traditions. Mutual affection, love, trust
and sharing of responsibilities strengthen the relationships in a family.

The theory of family systems defines the family as a system. This means that the family is composed of interconnected parts that affect each other and help to develop (or to the detriment of) the other. In fact, the family also evolves, organizes itself and adapts to its members and the outdoor environment.
Explanation:
- Family is nature's biggest gift. It's the first place to learn. By watching & imitating the family members, the child learns it all. It can be like talking, walking and acting. The child also learns about challenges, problems and decision-making.
- The "family system is like a chain. The elders help children turn into a good person (say, in the form inculcating values, good behaviour, educating the children and making them independent). In exchange, the children support elders when they are in need (say, supporting parents in old age both emotionally, financially & physically). They always respect & follow the values and beliefs of the family. The bonds within a family grow with each other's affection, loyalty, trust and the sharing of responsibility.
