Establishment of our American Government and its reason form and structure are located in the Constitution of United States.

Constitution is written in the year 1787 and  is the "supreme law of the land" because no law can be passed that contradicts its guidelines.

No person or government is excluded from it.

Constitution establishes a federal democratic republic type of government.

That is we have an indivisible joint of 50 sovereign States.

The correct answer will be, “The federal government establishing federal courts is an example of establishing justice.”

In the courts, the decision was made as per the proof and not as per the emotions of a person.

It signifies that there is no room of injustice when it comes to being fair to everyone.
