Answer:

Fees collected for workshop = 327$

Let no. of adults be x

Then no.of children = x+7

Each adult paid 15$ and each child paid 9$

B.T.P ,

15x + 9(x+7) = 327

or, 15x + 9x + 63 = 327

or, 24x = 264

or, x= 264/24

or, x = 11

No. of adults who attended the workshop was 11

so number of children was 11+7 = 18

Total no. of people that attended the workshop was 11+18 = 29

So 29 people in total attended the workshop
