Hey , the distance between them is 8cm
so , distance from one semicircle to radius is 4cm
now , diameter of bigger circle is 38 cm
so , radius will be 14 cm
now , if the radius of bigger circle is 14 cm ,
then diameter of both semicircle will be 14-4
= 10 cm
then radius is 5cm
now , the area of semicircle is πr²/2
area of both identical circles combined is πr²
(22/7)×5×5
= 78.57 cm²
