To find:

The rank of the velocity.

Solution;

The velocity in V₁

V₁=k(2q/r - 9q/r)=-7q/r

V₂=k(-2q/r-3q/r)=-5q/r

V₃=k(-2q/r-2q/r-3q/r-2q/r)=-9q/r

V₄=k(-6q/r+q/r-5q/r+2q/r)=-8q/r

So the rank of the situation is V₂>V₁>V₄>V₃

So the option C is correct.
