Answer:

The complete length of a shape's boundary is referred to as the perimeter in geometry. A shape's perimeter is calculated by adding the lengths of all of its sides and edges. Its dimensions are expressed in linear units like centimetres, metres, inches, and feet. The length of the diameter and one-half of the original circle's circumference are added to determine the semicircle's perimeter. The length of a shape's boundary or its overall circumference is its perimeter. A 2D closed shape's perimeter is equal to the sum of all of its sides.

Perimeter of semicircular arc = π× 2d

=π× 2x 8

=4π cm

Total Perimeter = Perimeter of semi-circular arc + Sum of outer sides of triangle ABC

Total Perimeter =l(BOC)+CA+AB

=7+7+4π

=14+4π

=2(7+2π) cm
