in∆AMD,AD=base=AH+GH+DG=(8+18+14)m=40m

area of ∆AMD=1/2×40×26m^2

=520m^2

area of ∆ABH=1/2×8×35m^2=140m^2

area of∆DGC=1/2×14×40m^2

=280m^2

area of trapezium BCGH=1/2×18×75m^2

=675m^2

area of the figure=(520+140+280+675)m^2

=1615m^2
