urine is filtered in the glomerulus and then the urine passes throught the nephron tubes where other left useful materials such as glucose which couldn't be filtered in the glomerulus are filtered and go into blood.
The filtered urine doesn't collect in the nephron it passes into the urinary bladder for storage.
