and there are 5 terms, n =5

We Know

An = a + (n–1)d

32 = 8 + (5–1)d

32–8 = 4d

=> 24/4 = d

=> d = 6

Now,

s  = (n \div 2)(2a + (n - 1)d) \\ s = (5 \div 2)(16 + 4 \times 6) \\ s = (5 \div 2)(16 + 24) \\ s = (5 \div 2)(40) \\ s = 5 \times 20 \\ s = 100
