The first challenge faced by political parties is lack of internal democracy with in the parties. What do u understand by this statement

there is no record of the members in the part power is excersice with higher authority or the top leader . the common people has no voice or they cannot exerise power. internal election is not held to knkw the opinion of the members present in a party

As political leaders want to have only the people who are greatly in touch with the people.
All over the world there is a tendency in political parties towards the concentration of power in one or few leaders at the top.
All decisions are influenced towards their wish and will and the choices made by the normal people in the party are always neglected.
This leads to the normal people not knowing what is happening inside the party.
