Dear Diary ,
I am so happy today. It was a day of achievements and success. Our school hosted the Essay writing competition. I was initially hesitant to give my name. My teachers encouraged and motivated me. They told me that I have the ability to write well and to convince others. I am glad that I obeyed them. I won the First prize in the essay writing competition. There were 10 participants and I was able to bag the prize. I am so excited and overjoyed. I am also thankful to my mummy for all her support. I am thankful to God for all His blessings in my life.

Dear diary ,
You know some happiness of mine can be shared only to you. I am so happy today. Know why? I won the first prize in essay writing competition. Oh it feels I am on the moon .
As I told you yesterday that in our school the competition is held and it is a very competitive one. Today in the morning the results were declared. From primary school I came first.
My name was announced through the school microphone. It was such a happy moment for me when the principal handed the trophy to me. Such happiness flowed through me , I just can't explain in words.
Know something ! I will always remember this day because of you . Ok today I can share no more, exams are coming, I need to stay prepared.
