Answer:
Aizawl
Explanation: Mizos had no written language and were completely illiterate before their region was annexed to the British Empire in 1890. At the Zawlbuk, the Mizos' traditional learning center, knowledge was mostly passed down verbally. Dr. (Rev) J.H. Lorrain and Rev. F.W. Savidge, two English missionaries from the Arthington Aborigines Mission, came to Aizawl in 1894. They started working on Mizo alphabets based on a Roman script right away. They opened the first school on April 1, 1894, after only a two-and-a-half-month stay. Suaka and Thangphunga were their first and only students. The two teachers were taken aback by how quickly their kids grasped the new alphabet.
