  • Second Term = 30
  • Third Proportion = ?
  • Fourth Term = 6

Let :

  • Third term be = x

Now :

5 : 30 :: x : 6

\bf{Product \: of \: Extremes = Product \: of \: Means}

(5 × 6) = (30 × x)

x = 5 × 6/30

x = 1

Therefore , The Third Term of Proportion (x) is 1.

Correct Option is a) 1 .

Check :
