The first, second and last term of an AP are a, b, c respectively. Prove that 2b= a+c

we know that in AP , 2(middle term) is equal to sum of the first and last term

here , first term is a

middle term is b

and last term is c

so , 2b=a+c

HENCE, PROVED

As we know that, 2 times of second term is equal to sum of first term and 3 term so we can say that 2b=a+c.
