There's a little mistake in your question
ANSWER :-
Let the third term be = a
= 30:40::a:60
Product of extreme terms = Product of mean terms
= 1800 = 40*a
= 1800 = 40a
a = 1800/40
Cross 1 zero from both the values , that gives = 180/4
= 90/2
= 45/1
a ( 3rd term) = 45
