Answer: 462

Step-by-step explanation:

The radius of the sphere is 7cm.

The sphere when cut into two will give us two hemispheres of equal area. The radius of the  hemisphere will be equal to that of the sphere

So the total surface  area of a hemisphere is equal to 3πr²

Which gives us 3 x  22/7 x 7 x 7

                   =3 x 22 x 7

                   = 462 cm²
