Solution:-

Given:-

=> First term ( a ) = -5

=> common difference ( d ) = 2

=> Number of term ( n ) = 6

Formula

:- Sₙ = n/2 { 2a + ( n - 1 )d}

Put the value of formula

=> S₆ = 6/2 { 2 × -5 + ( 6 - 1 ) × 2 }

=>S₆ = 3 { -10 + ( 5 × 2) }

=> S₆ = 3 { -10 + 10 }

=> S₆ = 3 × 0

=> S₆ = 0

If you take any number in the sequence then subtract it by the previous one, and the result is always the same or constant then it is an arithmetic sequence.
