The flame under a pressure cooker is suddenly put off.the whitsle is suddenly removed to release the steam and the lig is forcibly opened.you see water still boiling in the cooker even when no flame is underneath it.explain

water boils at 100 deg Celsius. until and unless the bottom is at 100 it boils. the bubbles at bottom are the air dissolved inside the water at room temperature. as temperature increases solubility of a gas decreases. so you see the bubbles escaping... hope it helps. .
