Length of the bathroom = 4m = 400cm

breadth of the bathroom= 3m 50cm = 350cm

area of floor of bathroom = 140000cm2

side of square tile =20cm

area of square tile= 20 x20=400cm2

number of tiles = total area of room/total area of 1 tile

=> 140000/400 = 350 tiles

cost of 1 tile = rs5

cost of 350 tile = 350 x 5 = 1750 rs
