The floor of a building consists of around 3000 tiles which are rhombus shaped and each
of its diagonals are 45 cm and 30 cm in length. Find the total cost of flooring if each tile
costs rupees 20 per m²​

Answer:

area of 1 tile =1/2 ×d1×d2

1/2×45×30

675cm²

area of 3000 tiles

=675×3000

2025000cm²

202.5m²

cost of 1 tile=rate

cost=area×rate

202.5×20

Rs 4050
