breadth of hall =18m = 1800cm
area of floor =
$(2000 \times 1800)cm {}^{2}$

width of carpet = 150cm
length of carpet=
$\frac{area \: of \: floor}{width \: of \: carpet}$
$= \frac{2000 \times 1800}{150} \\ = 24000cm \\ = 240m$
cost=240×20=4800 rupees
