Answer:

We have given that, The length of the tile be L= 10 cm

The breadth of the tile be B = 12 cm

And, the length of the Room l = 4 m= 400 cm

The breadth of the Room b = 3 m= 300cm

Find out “the number of the tiles used in the Room” n = ?

The area of one tile whose size is given in the question, A= L × B = (10 × 12) cm^2

A= 120 cm^2

Now the area of the floor to cover up in the given room with above given dimensions be a = l × b

a = ( 400 × 300) cm^2

a = 1,20,000 cm^2

The number of tiles = (a/A)= (1,20,000 cm^2/120 cm^2)

n = 1000 number is the final and right answer.
