Area of room = 109×103

=11227

Area of one tile =3^2

=9

Therefore no of tiles =11227/9

=1247 tiles along with left over 0.44 inches space for adjoining cement

Hope it helps you

Area of the room = l*b

= 109*109 =11881

and,

area of the one tiles = 3² = 9

so,

no of tiles = area of a room/area of the one tiles

= 11881/9 = 132.1
