perimeter of the tile is 1.2 m

let x be the side of the tile we need,

4x is the perimeter,therefore,4x=1.2

x=0.3 m,area of the room =4.8 X 4.8,let n be the number of tiles you need

4.8 X 4.8=n X 0.3 X 0.3

n= 16 X 16 = 256

therefore, we need 256 tiles

cost of each tile =27 rs

therefore, cost of all the tiles=256 X 27 =6912

there, the cost of flooring will be 6912 rs
