Hey!!
Here is ur answer :--
Dimension of room = 4m * 6m
= 400cm * 600cm
Area = 400 * 600
= 240000cm^2
Dimension of the tiles = 10cm * 12cm
= 120cm^2
Number of tiles required to cover the floor
= 240000/120
=> 2000

changing cm into m
10cm=0.10m
12cm=0.12m
Area of room=l*b
Area=4*6
Area of room =24m2
Area of tiles =l*b
Area of tiles=0.10*0.12
Area of tiles =0.012
No of tiles=area of room /area of tiles
No of tiles =24/0.012
No of tiles =2000
10cm=0.10m
12cm=0.12m
Area of room=l*b
Area=4*6
Area of room =24m2
Area of tiles =l*b
Area of tiles=0.10*0.12
Area of tiles =0.012
No of tiles=area of room /area of tiles
No of tiles =24/0.012
No of tiles =2000
