Area of floor= 18×11=198m^2
Total area of remaining space = (18×1.5×2)+(11×1.5×2)
=54+33
=87m^2
area of carpet =198-87= 111m^2
150 cm= 1.5m
length of carpet = 111÷1.5=74

length of carpet is 74 m
