1/v + 1/u = 1/f

f = 20 cm

u = 60 cm

1/v + 1/60 = 1/20

1/v = 1/20 - 1/60

1/v = 1/30

v = 30

h image/h object = v/u

                         = -30/-60

                        =  1/2

So inverted image ,real image is formaed by a converging  lens  and m =1/2.
