given :
focal length = +10 m

Power = 1/focal length
= 1/10
= 0.1 D

hence the power of the lens is +0.1 Dioptre

Power of lens = 1/ focal length (in m)

                     = 1/10 = 0.1 D

Please note that convex lens has a positive focal length so it's power will be positive.
