Mirror formula tells us that 1/v+1/u=1/f where u is the distance of the object from the mirror, v is distance if imagd and f is focal length.

In convex mirror, u is negative and v,f are positive.

1/v+(-1/20)=1/10

v=6.66

Now, height image/height object= v/-u

height i/2= 6.66/(-20)

height= -0.666cm where - is due to the sign convention.
