The focal length of convex lens depends on refractive index and radius of the surface( curvature) mainly.

The color of the light passing through the lens is not a major factor but still it counts

Option D

Hope This Helps You!

natashagodavari21: but the ansswer given here was (d)all of these
natashagodavari21: how? can u pls explain me

Focal length of convex lens depends on all the three factors...

1) focal length depends on refractive index because more the refractive index more light will be the deviation of light takes place....

by formula we also can see the relation between focal length and refractive index..

1/ f =( n - 1) { 1/R1 - 1/R2}. --------------(1)

2) focal length depends on radius of the curvature by formula u can see...

=). f = R/2 -------------------(2)

focal length also depends on colour of light because take a example...

if we take red light it has more wavelength and has least deviation so it has large focal length...

on the other hand if we take Violet light it has shorter wavelength but it has maximum deviation so it has shorter focal length...
