Since, kinetic energy is directly proportional temperature according to the following relationship.

                     K.E \propto \frac{3}{2}kT  

So, when we increase the temperature of a solution then kinetic energy of its particles increases. As a result, more number of collisions will take place due to which rate of solubility will also increase.
