The following data relate to a conical tube of length 3m
fixed vertically with its smaller end upward and carrying fluid
in the downward direction.

The velocity of flow at smaller end = 10 m/s

The velocity of flow at larger end = 4 m/s

The loss of head in the tube is 0.4 [(v1-v2 )2 /2g]

where v1 and v2 are velocities at smaller end and larger end
respectively.

Pressure head at the smaller end is 4 m of liquid

Determine the pressure head at the larger end.
