area of rectangle=length×breadth

so, 1)56×4=224cm but we have 2 rectangles like it

but we two rectangles like it so, 144×2=288cm

now add both area and you will get the area of whole frame which is 288 (rectangle 2)+448 (rectangle 1)=736 cm^2
