We know the general formula,

No.of moles= Given wt/ Mol.wt.

(A) No.of moles= 2/2= 1mole.

(B) No.of moles= 16/32= 1/2 mole.

(C) No.of moles= 14/28= 1/2mole.

(D) No.of moles= 8/4= 2moles.

Equal no.of moles contain equal no.of particles/atoms.

So, (B) and (C) will have same no of atoms.
