Answer:

I) 90 is not a perfect square because it has only one zero in the end. so to make it perfect square it had have atleast one pair zero.

ii) 1762 is not a perfect square because because 2 does not lie in square number to make it a perfect square it had have 0,1,4,5,9 numbers at the end

iii) 530 is not a perfect square because it has only one zero. so atleast one pair of zeroes is needed for perfect square

iv) 389is is not a perfect square because 8 is not considered has a square number. (0,1,4,5,9) are the square numbers.

v) 35,000 is not a perfect square because it has uneven zeroes . it has to be pair to make it a perfect square.
