The passage has been edited and rewritten as follows:

Two hundred seamstresses were employed to make my shirts. They took my measurement as I lay on the ground.

Then they measured my right thumb and

desired no more.

(a) Addition of a pronoun which is used as a possessive adjective in this case- 'my measurement'.

(b) The subject is missing which needs to be placed - 'I'.

(c) The subject- 'they' is required to complete the sentence.

(d) The sentence is incomplete without conjunction( and) which joins both the independent clauses.
