The following passage is taken from a commentary given on the Republic Day. Rewrite the passage putting the verbs in the simple present or the present continuous tense.

We (now approach) the end of the parade. As you (know), every year the parade (end) with a fly- past by the I.A.F. planes. Three planes, after coming very close to the saluting base where the President and the Chief Guest (sit) (now shoot) vertically upwards. The two planes have suddenly drifted away. The one in the middle (now take) a somersault. It has taken a full somersault and (now fly) away. It (slowly vanish) from sight. I (think) it was an incredible feat. I (believe) this year’s show is certainly better than last year’s.
