a vaccine is nothing but the same virus you have when you are sick but it is dead ,being dead makes make it unable to function while our immune system responds to this foreign body with anti bodies which kills thd virus now our immune system is aware of the virus function and next time this same virus enters our body even though it would living it would not affect us.
antibiotic simply triger the production of antibodies killin many microorganisms in the proces but this is harmful as high consumption may kill required microorganisms.
