The food coming from the stomach is acidic and has to be made alkaline for the pancreatic enzymes to act. How is it possible?

The bile juice secreted by liver is alkaline and creates an alkaline medium for the pancreatic enzymes to act on the food.

Because enzymes are pH sensitive. They are specialized proteins. All proteins are denatured in the presence of acids.
