Yesterday I bought 20 Sweet Packets from your company’s authorized shop in my city. But when I opened the packet, I found the food items were in decaying condition.
I had gifted some packets to my friends and had to inform them not to consume those food items. I request you to replace the food items with fresh stock in your company. As I had to undergo a lot of mental suffering, I expect the company to pay me some kind of compensation.
