Let me introduce myself. I am Abhijeet Gorai, one of the regular customer of your supermarket. I am intending to write this letter in order to lodge a complaint about the quality of the product that I have purchased from your store.
Elucidating the incident in detail, I had done shopping of my monthly grocery on 2nd Oct2016 Sunday at 5 PM from your store located at SG highway, which included four packets of frozen foods of the prevalent brand in it. I had confirmed with the expiry date mentioned on the packaging as well. However, when I arrived home and opened the food packet to consume it , I found it spoiled due to the insufficient refrigeration at your store. It was rotten and stinking badly which causes nausea and vomiting to me. I was highly disappointed for the first time from the quality of the product from your store. I really need to understand that what actions would be taken from your side about my vague experience and dissatisfaction.
I hope the issue will be considered on the priority basis with the possible resolution for the continuous relation with a loyal customer like me.
