Your diet must include:-
1) Proper amount of protein
2) Proper amount of Vitamin, Minerals
3) Proper amount of calcium for development of bones
4) Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
5) Drink water in appropriate amount
But the bottom line is that you need to make your diet chart depending on the fact that whether you are a veg or non veg
Time:-
1)Have your dinner at 8:00 P.M.
2) Sleep at 11:00 P.M.
3) Wake up by 6:30 P.M.
4) Do yoga
5) Have some milk(avoid tea or coffee)
6) Take your lite breakfast at 10 o clock
7) Have your lunch by 1:30-2:00 P.M.
8) Take a bit of rest
9) Go for cycling at 5:30 P.M.
10) Have rest
