The force acting between 2 charge particles is given by:

F = (1/4πε₀)[q₁q₂/r²]

Hence the force acting between two electrons separated by distance is r proportional to:

1) Directly proportional to product of both the charges. since both the electrons have same charge hence it is proportional to the square of charge of one electron.

2) Inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. Here it is inversely proportional to r²
